I spent a long time thinking about the name: protecting rain-sensitive plants, serving as a canopy, being aesthetic, letting in light, and blending into the landscape… all at once. The simplest and most descriptive name? transparent shelter. 🌞

Originally, I designed this shelter to protect my vines from diseases without blocking light—they are in front of my kitchen window—and without installing a “horrible” structure. The idea: something discreet and elegant that blends naturally.
